• The legal basis for the processing of your data is the implementation of the contract between you and the Administrator, hereinafter referred to as: "Agreement", for which the processing of your data is necessary.
• Your personal data is processed for purposes related to the implementation of the Agreement and to take necessary actions before concluding the Agreement, for the period during which claims related to this agreement may arise.
• In order for us to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including selecting them according to your needs, i.e. profiling, which is the implementation of our legally justified interest in this (basis in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
• Providing personal data is not obligatory, however, failure to provide them will make the conclusion and implementation of the Agreement impossible.
• Your data will be stored no longer than necessary. If the contract is not concluded, your personal data related to communication in connection with the contract will be immediately deleted, with the exception of data needed for direct marketing.
• We may process data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose or we determine that they are out of date.
• The administrator does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
• You have the right to request the Administrator to access your data, rectify it, transfer and delete it, and limit data processing.
• In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  The Administrator will not make automated decisions based on your personal data.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

The customer asking for the account to be deleted by the administrator is aware that this is tantamount to deleting the entire order history. Therefore, it will be impossible to submit any complaints regarding products/services purchased before the date of removal.
