Nie/mięsny is a bistro with two faces - vegetarian and meat. We serve dishes inspired by world cuisine, especially the Maghreb countries. Two menus - meat and non-meat - invite everyone to a common table without excluding or judging food choices. In an old butcher's shop in the Lower Town. Nie/mięsny grew out of the Muka Bar food truck, which has been wandering the streets of Tricity and visiting music festivals since 2013. Our heart is still firmly rooted in street food, which is why our menu always has room for a good burger and a solid pita.
